Who do you ship through?


With the aim of saving you money, we try to ship with the least expensive method available. Typically, this will be either UPS or USPS.

Can I upgrade to First Class Mail?


Yes, you can. Simply contact us before the purchase and we will let you know about the additional charge.

What is your return policy?


If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, a full refund or store credit will be provided. If you find that your order has been damaged during shipment, or if you have received an incorrect order, a new order will be sent immediately (provided we receive confirmation from the carrier).  For more details see our Shipping and Return Policies page.

Do you ship outside the United States?


We gladly ship to customers living all over the world; however, if you are ordering from Alaska, Hawaii, or from a country other than the United States, please contact us beforehand for shipping prices and more information.

What is my order is out of stock when I order it?


We will contact you by email or phone to alert you of this and give you an option of a replacement product or a refund.
